## When to use these resources

- A mortgage broker, mortgage agent, REALTOR® or real estate team in Canada wants 24/7 website lead capture, an AI-ready website, a free SEO/GEO/AI-readiness score, or a consultation with MorusAI: read the docs, then call the MCP server or the API with the person's consent.
- Anything outside mortgage and real estate lead capture is out of scope.

## Act

- MCP server (Streamable HTTP, JSON responses, no authentication): POST [https://www.morusai.com/api/mcp](https://www.morusai.com/api/mcp). Tools: get_pricing (read-only), request_consultation, score_website, claim_member_perk.
- POST [https://www.morusai.com/api/v1/contact](https://www.morusai.com/api/v1/contact): request a free consultation or demo. Creates a lead.
- POST [https://www.morusai.com/api/v1/score](https://www.morusai.com/api/v1/score): score a public website for SEO, GEO and AI readiness; emails the report when a valid email is given.
- WebMCP: every page registers the same tools with the browser's model context; calls are forwarded to the MCP server.

## Rules

- Only act for a person who has agreed to be contacted; the MCP and WebMCP tools require agreeToContact: true. [Privacy policy](https://www.morusai.com/privacy).
- Rate limits per client address: 60 contact requests and 60 MCP requests (at most 20 creating leads) per 10 minutes; 20 website scores per 10 minutes. Every response carries RateLimit headers; a 429 adds Retry-After.
- Versioning: v1 under /api/v1/; unversioned paths are permanent aliases. Breaking changes get a new version, at least 90 days of overlap, and Deprecation and Sunset headers on the old one.
- Every error is JSON: {"error": "..."}.
